Small restaurant or roadside eatery — is this for us?
Yes — the Starter plan (Rs 3,000/month) is made exactly for small food businesses: billing, inventory, credit ledger, 4 users and lifetime support. As you grow, you can move up to Growth or Enterprise.
Do I need very fast internet?
No. It runs smoothly on normal broadband or mobile internet. Don’t trust the internet at all? The Offline Lifetime License runs on a single PC without internet, with local + Google Drive backup.
Can our old menu and data be migrated?
Yes. Menu, prices and customers import via Excel/CSV — and our team helps with migration free of charge. Send your menu in Excel and we handle the rest.
Is setting up the waiter app and KDS difficult?
No — setup typically takes 1 day, including staff training. The waiter app runs on the waiter’s mobile; the KDS on the kitchen screen. In the free demo you see exactly how it would fit your branch.
What does support look like?
Support is included free on monthly plans — direct on WhatsApp, in Urdu and English, from real humans. Lifetime license holders get support on an hourly basis (Rs 2,500/hr).
I have 2 or more branches — can one system handle it?
