1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website mrpos.live and to orders for MrPOS products (MrPOS RMS — Restaurant POS, MrPOS Retail — POS & Khata, and MrPOS ERP) placed through this website or over WhatsApp or phone. Product-specific pricing and plan features are those published on the relevant product page at the time of your order, or as quoted to you in writing. If you sign a separate written agreement or order confirmation with us, that document prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on each product page, or quoted by our sales team. Unless stated otherwise, subscription plans (e.g. monthly plans) renew for successive billing periods until cancelled, and offline lifetime licences are one-time purchases as described on the product page. Taxes are charged as applicable under Pakistani law. We may change prices for future billing periods, but we will always confirm the price with you before charging a renewal or a new order.
3. Free demo and trials
We provide live demo access so you can evaluate the software before buying. Demo environments may be shared, reset or time-limited, and demo data is illustrative — please do not enter confidential production data into a demo.
4. Payment and cancellation
Payment methods and schedules are those agreed with you at the time of order (via our sales team on WhatsApp or phone). You may cancel a subscription any time by messaging MrPOS Support; cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid for the current billing period are handled according to what was agreed at purchase; lifetime licences are refundable only where explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the website or software for unlawful purposes; attempt to breach or test the security of our systems without permission; copy, resell or white-label the software except under a written reseller agreement; or misrepresent your identity when placing orders. We may suspend service for non-payment or abuse, with notice where possible.
6. Your data
Your business records — sales, products, customers, accounts — remain yours. We process them only to run and support the software, never to sell. On request we will help you export your data. How we handle website visitor data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The MrPOS name, logo, software, website content and design are our intellectual property. You get a right to use the software under your plan — not a right to own or redistribute it — except for the offline lifetime licence, which is licensed perpetually to you as described at purchase.
8. Availability and support
We work hard to keep the service fast and available, and we support it personally — see the Support section on each product page. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimise disruption. The website and software are provided "as is" beyond the commitments in your written agreement; we don't promise that every documented feature fits every edge case, and website content (including calculators and guides) is general information, not accounting or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order or from use of the software is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, lost goodwill) caused by things outside our reasonable control, including internet or utility failures.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date above always shows the current version, and significant changes will be highlighted on this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
